ABOUT ILP THERAPY
Led by Experience
Built on Excellence
At ILP Therapy, education isn’t theoretical—it’s lived, practiced, and purpose-driven. Founded by Brandy Fenwick, PTA, LMT, CLT, MLD-C, ILP Therapy is the product of nearly three decades of clinical excellence and hands-on patient care, designed to elevate surgical recovery through comprehensive training, medical integrity, and human-centered teaching.

Meet Brandy Fenwick
Founder. Educator. Expert in Surgical Recovery.
With over 28 years in patient care and 20+ years as a lymphatic and massage therapist, Brandy Fenwick brings a rare and powerful combination of rehabilitative experience and surgical recovery expertise to the forefront of post-operative education.
Her professional journey began in traditional clinical spaces—hospitals, home health, and outpatient rehab facilities—where she collaborated closely with neuro and spinal cord injury teams, wound care and trauma units, and functional mobility specialists. As a former rehab director and physical therapist assistant, she became known for building care teams focused on results-driven outcomes, infection control, wound healing, and the total recovery process.
It’s this deep, holistic understanding of healing that defines her approach to education.
From Rehab to Recovery Innovation
Brandy’s evolution into aesthetic and cosmetic surgery recovery was born from her passion to fill the gap in safe, effective, post-surgical care. Today, she works alongside renowned cosmetic surgeons, including Dr. Angelo Cuzalina at Tulsa Surgical Arts, and collaborates regularly with forward-thinking professionals like Dr. Pasquale Tolomeo and Dr. Thomas Hagopian, gaining direct exposure to advanced surgical techniques and patient journeys.
From observing BBLs, deep plane facelifts, mommy makeovers, and thigh lifts, to hands-on pre/post-care for lipedema patients, her insights are not only clinically informed—but surgically aligned.
Leadership in Education
Brandy is the Founder and Lead Educator of ILP Therapy (formerly LaCurva Method) and a nationally recognized speaker in the surgical aesthetics community.

WHY ILP THERAPY EXISTS
“Recovery isn’t just physical—it’s personal. The better we understand that, the better we care.”
Brandy created ILP Therapy to share what the textbooks don’t teach—how to care for the whole patient: functionally, emotionally, and surgically. Every course is designed to reflect real-world demands and deliver lasting skills that elevate both patient outcomes and practitioner careers.
